Refund & Replacement Policy

At Kokanswaad, we deal in fresh, perishable products like mangoes along with packaged items like syrups. Due to the nature of these products, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality.
1. No Return Policy (Perishable Products)
We do not accept returns for perishable items such as:

  • Mangoes
  • Fresh food products
  • Once delivered, these items cannot be returned due to hygiene and quality concerns.

2. Refund / Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Product is spoiled or rotten upon arrival
  • Wrong item delivered


3. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process any claim, customers must:
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of:
Product condition
Packaging
Invoice (if available)
Note: Claims without proof will not be accepted.
4. Natural Variations Disclaimer
*Mangoes are natural agricultural products, so:
Size, color, sweetness may vary
*Ripening takes time and is a natural process

Note: These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund.

5. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method

6. Replacement Policy
Replacement may be offered instead of refund based on availability
Delivery timelines for replacement may vary

7. Non-Perishable Products (Syrups, Packaged Items)

For products like:

* Kokum syrup
* Other bottled items

Note: Replacement/refund is allowed only if:
*Product is damaged
*Bottle leakage
*Wrong item received

8. Order Cancellation
*Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
*Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

9. Customer Responsibility
Customers must:
*Provide correct delivery details
*Be available to receive the order
*Store mangoes properly after delivery

Note: We are not responsible for damage due to improper storage after delivery.
