1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
  • Processing time depends on product availability, especially for seasonal and perishable items like mangoes.
  • In case a product is temporarily unavailable or delayed due to sourcing, customers will be informed accordingly.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within Maharashtra: 2–4 working days
  • Other States: 3–7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight
  • Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before payment

4. Delivery of Perishable Products (Mangoes)

  • Mangoes are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery
  • Slight delays may occur due to logistics or weather conditions

  • Mangoes may be delivered in a semi-ripe condition
  • Natural ripening may take 2–4 days after delivery

5. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate address and contact details
  • Be available to receive the order

👉 If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability

We will not be responsible for delays or product damage.

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service issues
  • High demand periods

Kokanswaad is not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Damaged or Spoiled Products

If you receive a damaged or spoiled product:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share photo/video proof

  • We currently ship across select locations in India
  • Some remote areas may not be serviceable

If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you and process a refund.
